When does the 14-day timeline begin?
The Project Start Date is the later of cleared payment, completed onboarding, and our receipt of the usable materials, decisions, and approvals required to begin.
What counts as the included revision?
One consolidated round of reasonable adjustments to the included direction, scripts, captions, or edits. A different creator concept, entirely new script, or additional video is a new scope.
Can you guarantee views, leads, or sales?
No. We guarantee the agreed production work—not market performance. Results depend on your offer, audience, distribution, timing, platform behavior, and continued execution.
What happens after checkout?
You receive onboarding instructions at the email used during purchase. We then collect the project information and materials required to establish the Project Start Date.
What is the refund policy?
Eligible cancellations requested before work begins are handled under the posted Refund Policy. Custom production is generally nonrefundable after onboarding, strategy, research, setup, or production begins.
